Exploring the model national response to child sexual abuse and exploitation

September 23, 2024

About the event

Tackling the rise of child sexual exploitation and abuse online requires a coordinated, global response. No one actor can address this complex problem alone and every country and sector has a vital role to play.

When becoming a member of WeProtect Global Alliance, organisations make a powerful commitment to identify and progress their role in implementing the Model National Response (MNR) framework as part of their strategies to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse online.

Our 90-minute webinar is designed to help Alliance members deliver on this commitment.

Join us on Monday 23 September to learn more about the MNR. Colleagues at the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC) will demonstrate how they have developed a multisectoral response and implemented the MNR in practice in a range of diverse country contexts, including Indonesia, Kenya, Romania and Guatemala.

By the end of this webinar, you will have the knowledge and practical tools to enable your organisation to fulfil one of the core commitments as a member of the Alliance and be empowered to drive practical and lasting change.
