The threat of technology enabled child sexual abuse has become a global pandemic and poses one the greatest societal threats of our time. If we are to protect our children and keep them safe from abuse and exploitation, we need to take a whole system approach, starting with education and awareness in the home. By tackling every facet of the threat, we can make a difference, but this approach should not allow the technology companies who facilitate and permit so much of the abuse off the hook, they have to do more, and keeping children safe from abuse should be prioritised over profit.
