November 7-8, 2024
Complutense University of Madrid. Madrid, Spain
We are thrilled to announce the culmination of three years of dedicated efforts by the HEROES Project, and we would like to share our achievements with the broader community. Join us on November 7-8, 2024, in Madrid for the HEROES Final Event, where we will showcase the innovative tools, methodologies, and strategies developed to combat Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSA/CSE) and Trafficking in Human Beings (THB).
Since its inception in December 2021, the HEROES consortium has dedicated itself to creating comprehensive solutions to Prevent, Investigate, and Protect victims of these heinous crimes. By bringing together a diverse team of psychologists, sociologists, legal experts, social workers, healthcare professionals, software developers, and cybersecurity and forensic science experts from around the world, HEROES has made significant strides in supporting victims and protecting those at risk.
During this final event, we will present our key outcomes, including:
🔍 Demonstrations of state-of-the-art technological tools
🎙️ Panel discussions featuring international experts
🛠️ Interdisciplinary workshops for specialized training
📊 Insights from SSH research and technological advancements
📣 Awareness campaigns and discussions on complementary projects
This event is an extraordinary opportunity to learn about the global impact of the HEROES Project and how it has contributed to a safer world for children. Don’t miss this chance to be part of the conversation and join us in celebrating the progress we have made.
